Depression is a major issue that is troubling our lives in many ways. People do not even know how they are getting into depression and why they are into this situation. Many people are facing this issue and many are taking steps to overcome depression. Let us discuss some ways to get out of depression. 1. Try to discipline your life, force yourself to do mental and physical work. 2. All mankind is different from each other. There is no point in comparing you with others. Stop comparing. 3. Listen to the music you like the most. Ensure you don’t listen to music which pulls you down. 4. Read good books, take some courses available online, play some games indoor and outdoor both. 5. Start writing diaries if you like, else take up some of your hobbies. 6. Talk to your friends, relatives, neighbors, cherish your old memories. 7. Learn to say no when your heart says no to it. 8.
